Reservation Conditions of your stay

For a reservation to be guaranteed it must be accompagnied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the period booked (1 night’s cost, minimum).
The deposit will be kept and reimbursed on the final bill at the end of the booked period.
For reservations made less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the cost must be paid when making the reservation (this can not be modifief or reimbursed).
